Night Caravan

This miniature artwork is a captivating nightscape created on a small canvas using the traditional, thick and textured "Kundzhi" (Kundal) technique. It depicts people warming themselves by a campfire on a riverbank, a golden full moon with its shimmering reflection in the water, and the silhouettes of travelers with camels (a caravan) setting out on a long journey. The relief and gilded patterns characteristic of this technique convey the evening breeze and golden glow with remarkable liveness. Accompanied by a luxurious vintage kerosene lamp, this miniature piece will bring a unique coziness, the charm of mysterious nights, and the spirit of ancient voyages into your home.
