The light on the threshold

This thought-provoking and deep work is created in a combination of elements of realism and impressionism, and reflects a quiet and mysterious corner of the past. In the center of the composition - a dark, dull and ancient mud (guvala) building depicts a door that opens to a light and bright courtyard outside. The thick walls of yellow-brown color and the light entering from the threshold made of baked bricks or stones add a special hopeful mood and depth to the work. Using the contrasting play of light and shadows, the artist invites the viewer to that mysterious, quiet and dear home. This work brings philosophical calmness, historical charm and cozy atmosphere to any interior.
